Love --> Relationship???

In LOVE, what do we really search for?
For me i guess:
(1) compatibility
When u're with ur partner, u won't really find it bored, or no topics to talk abt.
in other words, there must be sparks. to keep the r/s going.

(2) communication
Ur partner enjoys talking to people easily, i would wish that she could talk to me like this too.
BUT she isn't, which pisses me off :((
maybe she doesn't knows it.

(3) mutual understanding
Ur partner understands and respects you, knows the 'dos' and 'don'ts' w/o u telling. as in those basic thumb rules when he or she's in a relationship.

Therefore, it's always difficult to find ur other half who fits right into ur expectation, however in my opinion, a relationship must consist of these 3 points.

Alright. Enough abt love and rs.
Maybe being single is the right way to go.
